DENNIS FUNDORA, CPA, ESQ.

BIO
Mr. Fundora practices business planning and consulting and performs corporate and individual tax and accounting services. Mr. Fundora has worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, KPMG LLP, and at Tiger Direct, Inc. as an accountant.
Dennis earned his Bachelor's of Accounting and his Master's of Science in Taxation and from Florida International University in 2007 and 2008, respectively.
After working as auditor for one of the Big Four accounting firms for some time, Dennis went to the University of Miami School of Law where he earned a Juris Doctor degree with Magna Cum Laude honors. He is a licensed CPA and a practicing attorney in the State of Florida.

MIRIAM FUNDORA

BIO
Mrs. Fundora received her accounting degree in Cuba in 1981. She then came with her family to Miami to begin her life in America. Mrs. Fundora ran tax and accounting services out of her home office until she outgrew it and opened her first commercial space in 1995.
Ever since then, Miriam has cultivated relationships of trust with all of her clients, some of which who still remember their first encounter at that home office 30+ years ago.
Her client base has consisted primarily of small businesses doing business in South Florida.
